Vazou Mi Delirio, novo álbum da Anahí!

Como já se era de se esperar, vazou na internet o novo álbum solo da cantora Anahí, ex-rbd.

Ela que está no Brasil com sua turnê e já se apresentou no Jô Soares, pretede lançar seu 5° álbum de estúdio, entitulado de “Mi Delirio” dia 24 de novembro.

Anahí compôs, junto com mais quatro compositores, apenas duas músicas do álbum (Mi Delirio e Te Puedo Escuchar). Nas quais já foram lançadas como primeiro e segundo single, respectivamente. A primeira possui uma batida forte no eletropop, enquanto a segunda já é uma versão mais calma de  balada pop, porém ambas ainda não possue seu videoclipe gravados.

Pra quem gosta de pop latino, irá gostar da sonoridade que ela propôs nesse novo álbum, porém é justo deixar um pouco de lado os preceitos na qual ela ainda carrega devido a seu ex grupo musical, o RBD. Afinal, se comparada, ela mostra uma abordagem totalmente diferente do que se era produzido no grupo.

Bem, eu não curto o som dela, mas no quesito voz e conjunto de obra, ela está de parabéns. Vale a pena conferir.

Prince of Persia Trailer: NSFG

I grew up playing the Prince of Persia franchise for as long as I can remember. I’ve slowly drifted away from the series, but the last PoP game I played was the Nintendo Gamecube edition of Sands of Time. I was amazed by the game, and multiple battle sequences still stick in my brain to this day.

It seems by this trailer they were completely drifting away from amazing story line of the game. I have no idea why they did this if they even hope to match the popular success of the Pirates of the Caribbean Series. Not only does this trailer look unfinished, it looks unrealistic. I mean seriously… Jake Gyllenhaal playing a Persian? That is ridiculous.

O Europe Music Awards é o maior prêmio para celebrar a  música e video  populares na  Europa.

O MTV Europe Music Awards sempre modifica a sua cidade anfitriã, e dessa vez ele retorna aos seu berço, Berlim. A transmissão em vai ser feita do novo e moderno O2 World Arena e este ano apenas não irão celebrar a melhor música escolhida pelos espectadores, mas também comemorar o 20° aniversário da queda do Muro de Berlim. Esse ano a apresentação será feita pela Katy Perry e será exibido pela MTV Brasil a partir das 18 da noite! Então, prepare a pipoca e o sofá, pq esse ano o EMA promete!

If you follow us on Facebook, you may have heard me rave about this new one a few weeks ago. Well, the good folk at triple j have offered it up as a free download! Awesome. Matt Van Shie has gone solo. Well, hopefully it’s just a side project for a bit…this is all in between supposedly working on the new Van She album. I blogged about the new Van She track yesterday.

Also, if you want a pretty good idea of what his other stuff is going to sound like, check out his MySpace for some extra tracks. He’s producing some good stuff I think. Bit different to Van She, but still good. The track Journey on his MySpace features some work from Mikey from the band so he doesn’t seem to be steering too far away.

Un petit avant-goût de ce que pourront voir celles et ceux qui viendront au vernissage “Amylee en Privé” du jeudi 5 novembre. (C’est bientôt…dans 2 jours !)

Pour les autres (no soucy), des photographes seront sur place et joueront le rôle de reporters afin de capter les moments forts de cette journée.

En effet, je préfère laisser cela à d’autres, car je me suis rendu compte que lors des précédents vernissages, je n’avais pas une seule minute à moi et encore moins aux prises de vues. Je préfère rester disponible et accueillir les personnes (qui se déplacent pour l’occasion) que de rester l’oeil rivé à l’objectif. C’est d’ailleurs pour cela que je n’ai pas tellement d’enregistrements de mes évènements passés…

Selecionada pra ser seu segundo single, Did it Again ou Lo Hecho Esta Hecho teve seu clipe lançado na internet tem poucas horas.

A música que me lembra um pouco em seu começo batidas de samba do Rio de Janeiro tem um clipe bem, como posso dizer, caliente. Eles simulam algo parecido com uma luta x sexo, algo bem “animal”. rs

A Library Fades Into The Loving Machine - S05E16

Happy Halloween!
Friday night, I went to LiVE Lounge to check out three music acts but I did not know there was a fourth act to the list. That was In-Flight Safety. It’s my second time to go to LiVE Lounge. I forgot to mention in my previous post when I first went to LiVE Lounge, I encountered a radio host from LiVE 88.5. At first, I didn’t who she was as I rarely listen to that station. She said I was from CKCU-FM, which surprised me but she was kind to have me stay there and wait until I got to interview Said The Whale. Her name is Chelsea Miller. She seems like an awesome radio host and it’s nice she’s getting to know Canadian indie acts like Said The Whale and Library Voices.
OK, onto the concert. It started off with Julie Fader. Her set was soft, mellow and filled with folk styled music. She was joined by members of In-Flight Safety for some parts of her performance. All I can say is that she’s very talented. If you didn’t know, she’s also with the Great Lake Swimmers. I got a chance to do an interview with Julie Fader which will be airing sometime in November.
After Julie Fader was Ottawa’s The Love Machine. As usual with them, they were always rocking and very energetic. They still had a good crowd for their set.
Lastly, on to Library Voices, they were totally amazing because they kept jumping around, breaking a tambourine, going to the crowds and etc. They were totally crazy and the crowd just loved it. It was awesome when Library Voice got Julie Fader and In-Flight Safety to sing their final song. Even the radio host was probably surprised by their performance. I had an opportunity to do an interview with two of the members and will be aired sometime in November.
The funny thing was that it’s the second time I went to a concert where the bands say that Ottawa is the final concert of their tour. It must be lucky to have bands end in the Nation’s Capital.
